This design prioritizes the aesthetic impact of the space, with a strong emphasis on interesting details and unique design features. The inspiring views from the large windows and the character of the residential complex itself significantly influenced the overall concept.

There was a clear zoning scheme from the developer. We enlarged the bathrooms and master-block, thus avoiding the corridor system and increasing the useful area of the necessary rooms.

This design features a generously proportioned open-plan kitchen and living area, designed with a "gallery-like" architectural flow. A large master suite is complemented by a guest bathroom and walk-in closet conveniently located near the entrance. The main living area is anchored by a kitchen with a flush system and a comfortable seating area created by a modular arrangement.

The master suite, with its innovative internal design, is a highlight, showcasing a large bathtub with a view and a separate vanity area. The use of tinted glass partitions maximizes the feeling of spaciousness and introduces a new spatial dimension.
