Spacious house in a forest area for a family of three. Customers especially appreciate the conceptualization and privacy.
The house is located on a slope next to a body of water. We played with the sharp topography of the plot in an interesting way and formed a basement recessed into the ground. It turned out to be truly majestic!
From the side of the entrance the house looks two-storeyed, and from the side of the courtyard we have a basement with a terrace, summer kitchen and access to the plot.
Exterior overview
The lower level is a special space completely dedicated to relaxation. There is a SPA, hammam and sports area. The first floor includes common spaces: a large dressing room, a guest bathroom and a spacious kitchen-living room with an additional elevated terrace.
The second floor is turned 90 degrees in relation to the main volume of the house, and cantilevered outcrops give the two bedrooms views of the inner plot.

We chose artificial facing stone, plaster and burnt wood as materials in the cladding of the terrace posts.
