This project is the result of a complete transformation of the existing house. The building has been reimagined both architecturally and functionally, as well as visually. The new look of the residence - solid, modern and respectable - combines all buildings into a single architectural composition with a pronounced character.
The house was created for the life and rest of the family. Its spaces are designed for privacy, comfort and privacy. Around there is a chamber courtyard, an outdoor kitchen with a terrace, a spa terrace and a soft landscape that creates a sense of security. This is a place where it is nice to return to spend time with loved ones, arrange outdoor dinners or slowly relax in silence.

The space is complemented by two new blocks - a functional staff building and a separate spa complex with a sauna, font and recreation areas that can be used both privately and in the company of guests. In architecture, there is a restrained minimalism based on a combination of natural materials and pure volumes. The first floor is made of light wooden planken and painted metal, emphasizing solidity and warmth. Above it, as if the second floor hovers - a cantilever volume lined with fiber-cement panels with a sandstone texture. The contrast of materials and the lightness of forms create a sense of simplicity, which hides a subtle elaboration of details and an understanding of life outside the city.
